The 30 days of Coordination includes:

• Free initial consultation

• Unlimited phone calls and emails

• 1st meeting

  • one month prior- review vendor contracts and produce a timeline for your wedding day

• 2nd meeting

  • 2-3 days prior - go over final details about your wedding

• Gather wedding items to be used the day of the wedding  (guest book, favors, etc…) 

• Direct and coordinate wedding rehearsal

• Eight (8) hours on site the day of the wedding includes

  • At the ceremony: orchestrating processional, recessional and wedding party departure.

  • At the reception: oversee reception site to include setup, seating, wedding party announcement and overall management

  • Attend to the bride the day of your wedding in any way you deem necessary

  • Emergency kit provided
