Our day of coordination service includes:

• Free initial consultation

• Unlimited phone calls and emails

• Meeting 2 weeks prior- go over details and produce a timeline for the wedding day

• Contact all vendors and confirm arrival times

• Direct and coordinate wedding rehearsal

• Eight (8) hours on site the day of the wedding includes

  • At the ceremony: orchestrating processional, recessional and wedding party departure.

  • At the reception: oversee reception site to include setup, seating, wedding party announcement and overall management

  • Attend to the bride the day of your wedding in any way you deem necessary
